It is our understanding that the CBC, as a national public corporation, has a responsibility to provide the Canadian public with fair unbiased reportinig of national as well as international news. Nevertheless, we see regularly Mr Norman Spector as a constant commentator on Middle East News. His views are constantly biased in support of Israeli policies. His criticism of the Palestinans and the Palestinian Authority never take any consideration of Israeli continuing illegal occupation of Palestinian territory and the atrocities committed by the Israeli army and the illegal squatters [settlers] on Palestinian land.

Mr Spector is usually described as former Canadian ambassador to Israel. I think it would be mor appropriate to describe him as ambassador for Israel.

Surely, it is time to allow the Canadian public to hear a more balanced view of this conflict, to which the public are fully entitled.
