Subject: Chutzpah for some?
March 26,2004
The Editor,
The Globe & Mail
Dear Editor:
Marcus Gee, in his article : {" Israel is not alone in picking
off its enemies" March 26} finds it perfectly justifiable for Israel to
assassinate the leaders of its enemies, as it has done in the case of Shekh
Ahmad Yassin, amongst others. Is this a new clause in international
law? Would he feel the same if Hamas adopted his argument and committed
assassination of Israeli leaders?
Yours sincerely,
Ismail Zayid, MD.
