Subject: How about international
law?

Dear Editor;
Mr. Neil Lochery, in his article { " Beating
Palestinian swords into fence posts", July 21} propses 'a basic outline of
the complx plan' in which Israel 'redraws the Green Line' i.e annexes
Palestinian territory, so as to separate Palestinians from Israelis . How about
Israeli compliance with international law and complete withdrawal
from illegally occupied territories and dismantlement of all
Jewish settlements which are illegal and stand in defiance of Security
Council resolutions and The Fourth Geneva Convention? Israeli
illegal occupation of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and Gaza has
already been allowed to stand, in defiance of international law, for 34
years.
How long must Israel be allowed to remain above
international law?
Yours sincerely
Ismail Zayid, MD.
